08/20/09- Walk-In Biometrics (Day 17)

08/21/09- LUD for I-485 and I-765 (Day 18)

08/31/09- Interview letter received for 09/28/09 (Day27)

09/24/09- EAD Card production ordered (Day 51)

09/28/09- Interview (Day 55)

10/01/09- EAD card received (Day 58)

10/06/09- Card production ordered(i-485 and i-130 approved) (Day 63)

You made the record! haha...

Just checked my mail box and there was my interview letter, I was shocked!! How can I get an interview letter in less than a month of filing? Plus I thought EAD and AP are supposed to come through before interview.

ROC

7/12 - Sent I-751 Package by USPS

7/15 - Package was delivered at 11am

7/15 - Date of NOA

7/19 - Check was cashed

7/19 - NOA letter was received

7/28 - Biometrics letter received, date- 8/23/2011

8/01 - Early Biometric was done

11/15 - Card Production ordered

11/19 - 10 years Green Card arrived.

Congrats, BellyButton! That is really an amazing case!

I haven't had any update on my case yet,even though it's been over a week since I sent the RFE back, and I'm so nervous to do a walk-in biometrics because of that :( Should I do a walk-in while the case is on hold??

2-year green card application:

07/29/2009- Mailed I-130, I-485, I-693, I-864, I-864A, G-325A, I-765 via USPS.

08/02/2009- Package delivered to Chicago.

08/06/2009- Checks cashed.

08/10/2009- Received NOA's for I-485, I-130, I-765 (issued August 6th).

08/19/2009- Recieved Biometrics Appointment notice (bio apt 9/12 at 9am).

08/21/2009- Recieved RFE for I-485 (issued August 17th).

08/22/2009- Responded to RFE.

09/01/2009- Case processing resumed (RFE recieved on 8/27/2009).

09/01/2009- Walk-in biometrics at 1:00pm, in and out in 15mins.

09/09/2009- Recieved e-mail: EAD card production ordered on 09/08/2009.

09/14/2009- Recieved another e-mail: EAD card production ordered (AGAIN!) on 09/11/2009.

09/16/2009- EAD recieved in the mail.

09/21/2009- Applied for a SSN.

09/30/2009- Recieved SSC.

10/14/2009- Received interview notice (Interview on 11/16 at 9:35am)

11/16/2009- Interview,APPROVED and CARD production ordered e-mail!Yay!

11/19/2009- Welcome Notice Recieved and Card production ordered e-mail again!

11/27/2009- Received green card in the mail!

Removal of Conditions:

09/09/2011- Sent the package via Priority mail, with delivery confirmation.

09/12/2011- Package delivered.

09/13/2011- Check cashed.

09/14/2011- NOA issued and received on 09/17/2011.

09/15/2011- Biometrics appointment issued for 10/05

11/21/2011- Card production ordered.

I took the gamble and decided to do walk in biometrics today, as I had the morning off.

Security looked at the appointment letter - no problem; The ASC staff member got infuriated at my audacity to do walk in, even though the place was virtually empty. I diligently apologized, as it is an audacious thing to do, and she very kindly processed me anyway. I felt pretty bad at the end of the session, but it's done and dusted with now anyway.

Approach with caution!

08/17/09 - Checks cashed
08/17/09 - NOA1 for I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 (received 08/21/09)
08/26/09 - Notice of Biometrics appt (received 08/29/09)

Another question about walk in biometrics. I cant find the telephone number of my local office in Tampa (9325 bay plaza blvd) to call and ask if they take walk in. Does anyone know their number or if they take walk ins? I want to do it on Friday. What time is less busy?

p.s....It took about 10 minutes from start to finish.

All I did was literally walk-in. Once you have your original Biometrics letter and ID.

12/30/05 - married

7/14/06 - sent I-130

7/18/06 - notice of arrival I-130

8/03/09 - received approval I-130

7/28/09 - sent AOS package

7/29/09 - arrived Chicago lockbox

8/05/09 - touched

8/07/09 - received notice of arrival I-485

8/07/09 - received Biometrics appoitment notice for 9/2/09

8/22/09 - did walk-in biometrics (in/out within 30 minutes)

8/25/09 - touched

10/23/09 - received interview appoitment letter for 11/24/09

11/24/09 - Interview - approved received I-551 stamp

11/25/09 - received email from USCIS - card production ordered

11/28/09 - received welcome letter from USCIS (by mail)

Same here....had my appointment sheet and just walked in with no prior notice for them to anticipate my arrival. The notion was coldly received in Western NY.

Yes I went to the civil surgeon the other day and it went very good. I didn't have my vaccination record from my country so they did a blood test to check my immunizations and it happened that I had to get only the diphteria-tetanus or whatever name vaccine. :blush:

Aquarelika, as I found out, USCIS Application Support Centers don't have phone numbers, you would have to go there to ask them any questions. I read on VJ that Saturday is less busy,after 1pm, but I can't tell for your ASC for sure.
