I134 question

I am in the process of getting all the forms and stuff ready for the interview. Since we are using a co-sponsor since my SO has been unemployed... does he have to provide transcripts or anything with this I134... or does he just fill out the form and then our co-sponsor is the one who supplies the transcripts, letter and paystubs?

Also, while I am here... when I go over the border using my K1 visa... do I have to bring a compliance letter for my car if I just plan I having it there for a few months before I sell it or just get rid of it???

thanks for any advice...

AOS/EAD/I-131:

NOA'S Received: March 19, 2010

RFE: March 25, 2010

Case transferred to CSC: April 19, 2010
