Hey "Guys" just need some advice... Would anyone like to share with me an affidavit they used when submitting the I-751? What I mean is a format.......???? I don't know why my confidence is low on this one. I plan on having my next door neighbor sign an affidavit stating we have lived together at our address for the last 2 years, which is great. I also plan on having my brother do the same, I will have them sign in front of a notary . So if anyone can give me a sample format of an affidavit that would be great...can my brother actually make an affidavit because he is my brother? Or does it have to be a non -family member, I hope he can do it because at this point we don't have a ton of evidence....thanks, Jelloshotgirl Good luck to everyone!
