dont worry after I got my EAD there was no touches and no thing else and then boom the interview letter was int he mail the website still says i am in the step one

my i485 hasnt been touched since they accepted it, but my 131 was suddenly approved and my 765 was touched yesterday after one month of waiting..

hope you guys get your letters soon..

My bio date was the same day as yours and I have the exact same touches you have, we are probably assigned to the same person, who may be on vacation or just lazy ....lol

Aug 12 - Mailed AOS package

Aug 14 - Package delivered at USCIS lockbox

Aug 18 - Checks cash

Aug 21 - Received NOA Receipts

Aug 31 - Receive Biometric Appointment Letter

Sep 22 - Complete Biometric appointment

Just wanted to share with you -- I checked uscis website today and found this

On October 5, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

Ok, EAD card production email sent on 9/30, but nothing about the AP since the NOA1. I figured the AP would be approved before the EAD. Has anyone received an AP without receiving an approval email? I'm wondering if the online system is just as unreliable as it was during the K1 petition process.

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

I was thinking the same thing about our case. However, our K1 process went super quick, so I guess it balances out for us :unsure:

Exact same situation here - case status indicated card production on the 1st of October and then today an email saying card production was ordered on the 6th of Oct. This happens in many cases, no idea why :wacko: but I believe we can expect an approval/sent email in the next few days and the EAD card hopefully within the next week. Never thought I would actually look forward to getting back to work :blink:

I believe, the first email message is when the card is ordered and the second message is sent when they actually post and/or send the card in the mail.

(Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong)

my AP was approved and i still haven't received my biometrics i called USCIS, talked to a representative and asked for a service request hoping that they would send my appointment letter soon.

my EAD was touched but has not been approved yet :blink:
