Hi! Can anyone tell me how to put the case number so I can track every 'touch' on uscis website?? Thank you so much.

go to this link https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/termscondi...ntextType=CU_EN

and click accept then sign up when u do then go to portfolio then add cases numbers, the last updated column shows the touches!

it shows the list of document to bring, if she denied you even you brought everything so print out this page and bring it with you , maybe this lady doesnt know the law.

"Age: You must present your birth certificate if you have it or can easily obtain it. If not, we can consider other documents, such as your passport to prove age. "

hi guys!!! so i checked the mail this weekend and i got a letter from USCIS ...

I got my interview scheduled for October 21 2009!!!!!

I'm excited! but confused because i never got a letter saying the i-130 was approved... so I'm a little worried is this normal?

May.29.2009 Got married!!!

July.22.2009 Sent our AOS paperwork I-130(g-325) and I-485(I-131, I-765, I-864, g-325)

July.28.2009 Immigration Received Paperwork

July.31.2009 Received NOA (I-130, I-765, I-485, I-131) and ASC Appointment Notice

August.27.2009 ASC Appointment (biometrics)

September.01.2009 Card production ordered

September.02.2009 Received Approval notice I-765

September.04.2009 Received Advance parole in the mail (I-131) =) yaaay i get to go home in December!

September. 11.2009 Received employment card :)

September.14.2009 Received Request to appear for initial interview

October.21.2009 INTERVIEW

Got approved that same day and i received my Residency Card 2 weeks later

do you want to report an abuse?

for i can give you the link in which they write what docmuents can be accpeted a substitute of brith certificate. , and it's an officialdocumetns from the us governement.

she was wrong and not respecting your rights then.

if the copy has an offical stamp, then it coulb'tn be denied.

you coudl step in again with your copy of brith certificate and the list of dicuments that are accepted as a substitue, this way they couldn't behave with their own will but a kind of compelled to respect the rules too. Just like we do...
