Hi guys i went to my biometrics appointment august 27

i got a letter september 1st stating this!!! Current Status: Card production ordered.

On September 1, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

On September 2, 2009,Current Status: Approval notice sent.

we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.

July.22.2009 Sent our AOS paperwork I-130(g-325) and I-485(I-131, I-765, I-864, g-325)

July.28.2009 Immigration Received Paperwork

July.31.2009 Received NOA (I-130, I-765, I-485, I-131) and ASC Appointment Notice

August.27.2009 ASC Appointment (biometrics)

September.01.2009 Card production ordered

September.02.2009 Received Approval notice I-765

September.04.2009 Received Advance parole in the mail (I-131) =) yaaay i get to go home in December!

September. 11.2009 Received employment card :)

September.14.2009 Received Request to appear for initial interview

October.21.2009 INTERVIEW

Got approved that same day and i received my Residency Card 2 weeks later

hey, guys!

We are also august filers. Filed on 7-31-09, received a notice sometime in the first week of august. Had my bio appt on sep 1. Our case was also transferred to california service center on aug 24. On aug 31 our status went to the case was transferred and is now pending at the center at its usual processing time... It was touched every single day since aug 31 up until sep3. anybody had this kind of experience. i wonder if that is a good sign or it could be anything?

Marina I have heard case bring transfered after the bio appt. This is unusual ~ but i have also heard transfering to csc center means = no interviews~ hopefully!

Hwang, the thing is that it was transferred before the bio appt, and after the bio it was just touched every day. I called USCIS today, although knowing they will most likely not have any idea, they said that if i received a mail from them saying it's in CSC, then that's where it is and the message posted now says that it's at the USCIS office where it was transferred, which in my case, is CSC. So I guess that's where it is.

I am prepared for interview or no interview. I was just wondering about those touches. Anyway, thanks for the answer. I will keep my fingers crossed, of course no interview is better, but if we have to do it, we will, not a problem.

did a walk in yeseterday, the security was an #### about it, but we talk to the Immigration officer and he agreed to let us do it early, but my wife had a small cut on her finger that was not noticeable when your looking at it. we were told to come back in two weeks when it heals.

i received my advance parole friday sept 4th how does that work? Just take those papers when i go home in december does anyone know how that works? Thank you for all your help!

We have sent our AOS (I-485 +I-765) on 08/29/2009 by USPS and USPS said that the package already come to Chicago lockbox. Could anyone please so kind to let me know when they will send NOA for us because it has been one week we not yet received that if they get the pacakage or not, i am a little bit worried...

Hello, we sent ours yesterday so it will be delivered in Chicago Monday morning...

I had my biometrics on sept 2nd too. Touch GC and EAD (didint apply for AP) on sept 3rd. No progress since then.

Us too! We mailed ours on 8/31 and got confirmation from usps that they delivered it on 09/01. I might be a bit anxious but they still haven't cashed our check yet. So am I just a bit too anxious?!?! I am assuming it might be due to Labor Day so a bit of a delay there???
