If Obama would not have forced the stimulus the way he did or just not worried about it, health care reform would have a better chance. our economy would have fallen off the cliff rather than being pulled back from it's edge. He should couldn't have done his health care first.

As I said, American politics sucks. There is no comparison and to even suggest it is to be part of the problem, not the solution. I am disappointed in this, very disappointed.

Yes

The economy would not have collapsed if they let it alone. If Obama wanted healthcare reform than addressing it first would have given it a good chance of passing. I think this was a big blunder for his administration.

He could do no wrong the first 3 months. He was the rock star. It would have passed easily and quickly if it was first on his agenda. Thankfully it wasn't

Really? The glbal financial system would have been wiped out. Citi - gone. BofA - gone. JPM Chase - gone. Bear Stearns - gone. Merrill Lynch - gone. Wachovia, WaMu, SunTrust - gone. The European financial giants - gone. Exactly how would the global economy have survived that collapse?
