Wait, she hasn't even sent an application in and you're asking how to expedite it? They won't care - pregnancy has side-effects in the beginning, they normally go away after couple months. Your wife should be getting some kind of assistance for pregnant women - they have free clinics and well'baby visits are covered.

You seem to be jumping at an opportunity to come to the USA but from what you wrote on here it does not even sound that your wife has enough money to send in an application. What about sponsorship for you if she can barely pay her rent?

exactly  if no sponsorship no visa

It sounds like there was a failure of research here, she visits you, get married, get pregant and she already has 2 kids. She can barely afford to pay rent and eat so how is she going to qualify? Here is the link to the I864P, Poverty Guidlines, If its her, 2 kids with one on the way plus you...that will prolly be a family size of 5 by the time you guys get to NVC she is going to have to be making $32,237 a year. It really sounds like there was a massive failure going on here. Bad situation for you guys and even worse for your wife. You havn't even files the I130 or G325's yet and wanting to know how to expidite this...not good. Your looking at least 6 months at the USCIS then off the NVC were from what I understand you will be going into AP for background checks being your from Morocco so this could end up taking you guys well over a year to get approved.

yes, even without AP it is right at a year (or was). This is example of a complaint i feel sometimes a woman, divorced maybe not much income thinks a new husband will fix all this, the man he see a visa in site neither thinking of what is involved, nevertheless the children involved. People where are your brains???? I have a good job, house, no kids at home, few bills etc ahmed has worked a total of 2 months since here 2 out of 6 and looking again. Household expenses go up, food goes up you are literally supporting HIM. If you are not in a position to accept this, wait, get a decent job, save some money have your life straight before you take on more it doesnt get easier.....

OP - I am sorry about your situation with your wife and her pregnancy. Your first step is to file the petition, which your wife needs to do on your behalf. Contacting the embassy now is pointless. Once the petition as been received by USCIS you may file an expedite then - however, based on your situation, it is unlikely that it will happen but it does not hurt to ask.

Good luck.

With her situation, and two kids already, she is probably already receiving public assistance. Every state also provides health care for pregnant unmarried and poor women, at no charge to them. She probably already knows this anyway, unless she is not very smart. Yet she was smart enough to pay her way to Morocco and back.

She is the one who must pay the $355 and file the I-130. But if no one earning enough money can sponsor you, then this is a lost cause.

Do you think she is just asking you to send money for no reason??? That could be--she might be scamming you.

Where are we getting that she has 2 children already? I seemed to miss that in his post.

Anyway, I think it's honorable that you're so concerned about your wife's well-being and that of your unborn child. I don't know if they will expedite your case (chances are they won't) but any decent man would try his best to have them consider all options on her behalf, so good for you.

In terms of her work situation. I don't have a suggestion for how she's going to pay her rent without working. She will have to find a way of maintaining her job if she's your sponsor. If she's having medical difficulties during any part of her pregnancy, she can take advantage of the Family and Medical Leave Act by obtaining documentation from her doctor and submitting the appropriate paperwork with her job. That will give her some much needed rest without the fear or risk of being fired.

Ask her if she has any sick or vacation time saved up - and how much. If she doesn't earn sick or vacation time (or has already exhausted it) perhaps she can apply for a temporary loan; sell some of her possessions on Ebay to try and get some extra cash; borrow from family or friends; I don't know. None of us on here are privy to her financial circumstances so it's hard to give advance on how she can pay her rent this month or next. But, again, if she needs some much needed time off then she should speak to her doctor.

Not every woman's pregnancy is the same. Some women are considered high risk from the beginning and are immediately put on bed rest. Others work straight up until labor. So it's not up to VJ members to tell you that she should just work through the discomfort. That's a decision for your wife and her doctor to make.

As the husband, you must find a way of soliciting financial support from your family and friends on her behalf if possible, to ease her burden.

this isnt going to happen, unless very different they dont have it and if they did cant send it out of morocco, he has never stated he even has a job himself. Things bad here go there and have the baby and let him take care of her there. Again prob not going to happen because he prob (maybe doesnt have a job) and still lives with his family. Of course every situation is different but we know she does know the ways here and help is avail she knows this what they dont see is he wont be a help for quite sometime even if here, just more on her shoulders to try and organize.

you right my not have money for application and about im now in morocco not in us but ican help her not just about money i mean husband help for everything even you go to work for everthing i dont care and i can work ihave deploma electronic 4 years i mean if they wanna something like ask me how can i help her or something idk im very coumfused

Im sorry for your situation. It sounds like your wife is in no financial position to file the petition and sponsor you to come here anytime soon. If you are able to pay the filing fee and you have a 4yr degree and are doing well over there...why dont you have her come live with you and you guys can do direct consular filing after she has lived there for the required time. Then you will be able to support her through her pregnancy.

Like the other posters have said, your wife is pregnant and has 2 children already, she cant pay her rent.....she WILL qualify for government assistance. Tell her to get online and find out where the local office for community based services is located. Have her make an appointment and go apply for financial and medical help.

Has something changed, like she lost her job or something? how did she afford a trip to morroco? Im sorry if that sounds harsh, but I dont understand how someone can afford a trip to morroco but cant pay their rent...unless something changed with her employment.

good luck.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
