I think I am now starting to experience the frustration with NVC. I emailed my ds230 to them last week because we opted to do it that way. The AVR said they recieved it and that I'm missing something. Called the operator yesturday to find out what it was, she said it's under review. Called just now and they said that I didn't send them the ds230. So I sent it all again, twice. Think they will get it this time, and I also capitalize the filename DS230.PDF. lol

I had the same issue, the AVR said the same thing that I was missing a document and when I spoke to an operator they told me that my DS-230 was missing but they had something in the mail room and wait 2 weeks for review. Its different from operator to operator one will tell you that they have everything and its under review and another will till you something different. You may even get a checklist in regards to the DS-230 I posted that a couple pages back. So don't worry about it, i stopped thinking about it once others told me that happened to them as well.

LOL....that's funny, Beth. I did the SAME thing when I got the login fail. Although, I think it was like 10 times. Congrats, hon!

I just got the login failed as well, but when I spoke with an operation, I was told it's in it's final review stage and should be completed in a few days. I hope that's good news.

Whoo Hoo, yes that is very good news!!!! Congrats!!!!! You will get case complete by Monday!!! BUT your DONE with NVC!!!

Right before I logged in with NVC site, I called the AVRS and it had the same message for 13 days now. Sometimes the operators dont know your case is complete, it happened to me, and to Shar another VJ NVCer. You are DONE with NVC , I promise you!!!!! Also call the AVRS tomorrow, I bet it says case complete.
