Anybody doing NVC in August??

I gave in and called. Operator said the request was sent in but the file hasn't gone for review yet.

THIS WAITING AND NOT KNOWING IS AWFUL. Its been 4 hours since I called this am, I know something is wrong, it was a battle with USCIS, now is it with NVC? What will happen with us? I dont know, hopelessness is thick.

better just call them and ask for the superviser, you just don't know if they ever call you back.

for my own, the kid's case completed yesterday, but spouse's one is still waiting.

I justed tried to call her, operator gave me a bunch of ####### and would not put me through. Operator said request was made to review both cases 09/17/09 thats all I have.

I would call again and see if you get someone more amicable. Tell them you show a missed call and think it might have been NVC

Oh yeah, said they received both packets 09/03/09 and a request to review them went out yesterday?

Why did she tell me my K3 came out of AP? that is such #######, this process is hard enought without BS being told. False hopes is all it gave me on Wednesday.

Request to review is for a supervisor to review the CO's work. That's why it went out yesterday.
