UPDATE: I called NVC this am, case under review, Supervisor is going to call me back today, verified my contact info. This is getting so tiring. So have cell phone with me to take her call, I hope its good news.

Beth, I so feel for you. I know it's been so difficult, but all I know is God never gives us more then we can handle, so you must be one stronge azz lady! Prayers coming your way, sis. Will try call ya this weekend....been meaning too, unfortunately life has been way chaotic lately. Hugs.

04-07-2009 : I-130 NOA1

08-03-2009 : I-130 NOA2 Approved 116 days from NOA1

08-14-2009 : NVC Case number assigned

08-17-2009 : Provided both emails to NVC for DS3032

08-19-2009 : Received email packages from NVC / 08-20-2009 : Pay AOS fee $70 (Online)

08-20-2009 : DS-3032 sign/scan and emailed

08-21-2009 : AOS Payment Accepted/Paid on NVC

08-22-2009 : I-864(AOS) Sent to NVC

08-26-2009 : NVC AVRS confirm received AOS package

08-28-2009 : NVC received the Choice of Agent DS-3032 (No confirm email)

08-28-2009 : Pay IV Application Fee $400 (Online and processing...)

08-28-2009 : Email accepted DS3032 from NVC came 8 hrs later

08-30-2009 : IV Bill Payment Accepted/Paid on NVC

09-02-2009 : DS-230 pkg sent to NVC

09-04-2009 : NVC AVR confirm received DS-230 pkg

09-08-2009 : Confirmed with NVC today AOS pkg OK, False RFE, DS-230 pkg in review progress

09-15-2009 : Log in failed

09-15-2009 : NVC AVRS case completed in 29 days

09-28-2009 : Interview assigned

09-29-2009 : NVC pkg left to HCM city by DHL and received by Embassy on Oct-02

10-28-2009 : Medical exam. Passed

11-17-2009 : Interview appt. APPROVED !!!

11-25-2009 : Visa on Hand

12-02-2009 : US Entry!!!

12-18-2009 : Received condition green card

08-30-2011 : Mail I-751 Pkg to Vermont USPS Priority

09-06-2011 : I-751 NOA1 / 09-08-2011 : Check cleared

09-19-2011 : Bio letter received, mailed out 9/15/2011

09-23-2011 : Early Biometric done at USCIS

06-20-2012 : Emailed approved from USCIS

Hey Beth? What? They're going to call you back??? ####### for? I had assumed that when the lady said call back on Friday that it was a very general thing to say -- like the same stock phrase they use for everyone.

Is it YOU that they need to get a hold of? Well, I hope that goes well, I can't imagine it being anything but good news -- it's easy for you to fall prey to assuming it'll be bad after what you went through at USCIS.

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

lgg, yes, the operator said the supervisor will call me, she is reveiwing the papers. I dont understand, another delay, why? Its is a getting to be a pain in the keester. but yes supervisor is going to call me, mean while I keep checking the NVC login site. I also want to know why if K3 is out of AP, why is operators telling me its still in AP. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!! screaming!!!!!!!!!!

I gave in and called. Operator said the request was sent in but the file hasn't gone for review yet.

THIS WAITING AND NOT KNOWING IS AWFUL. Its been 4 hours since I called this am, I know something is wrong, it was a battle with USCIS, now is it with NVC? What will happen with us? I dont know, hopelessness is thick.

Calm... no sense getting ur panties in a wad yet... let'em do what their gonna do... Hopefully this delay is to complete the case!!! Keep positive!

better just call them and ask for the superviser, you just don't know if they ever call you back.

for my own, the kid's case completed yesterday, but spouse's one is still waiting.
