OK, I got 4 false RFE's yesterday, two to my hotmail account that I provided NVC when our case number was generated, and two to my Yahoo email that my wife gave them when she appointed me the agent on the DS-3032. All of them ask for the DS-230 and documentation to be submitted, which they received on Sept. 11. Even the AVR has that info updated now! I take it as a good sign that the I-864 has been processed and the DS-230 is the last piece of the puzzle for them to wade through before we are approved. I'm just thankful that I know about everyone else's false RFE's on here, or else I would be freaking out right now. Now I know that it is a normal part of the process. Did anyone else get four of them there?

I just spoke to the NVC operator, my son's case is finished but my wife's case is still being reviewed. He also told me that NVC schedules interviews on the 2nd FULL week of the month, when I told him that the current week is the 2nd full week of September he told me "we just finished scheduling already"! Damn! I have to wait another month now! If I knew things will work out like this I'd be in Russia right now visiting my family, but you have to plan such trips at least 1 month in advance. I thought I'd manage to get interview scheduled during the 2nd week of September for October and then go to Russia in October to assist my wife and son with medical and interview, but it took 18 days for those idiots to process DS-3032 email and it screwed all my plans, I should have known better and send hard copy of DS-3032 right away. Now I'm looking at November of maybe even December interview date, if I knew it would take so long I'd be in Russia now. I'm so freakin tired to live in a state of limbo, you can't plan anything with immigration because immigration process is freakin unpredictable. I pay shitload of taxes and never took a penny from the government, yet it takes forever for those parasites to let my family in!

Your not telling anybody nothing new. I worked since I was 16, still work almost 60 hours a week, pay my taxes timely, not in debt, make a nice salary, and never took a dime from Uncle Sam.

but even my trip down the yellow brick road was no friggin picnic, and I was BORN here. 145 friggin days for a approval which would of came soon if CSC did not lose my evidence I sent in, and would not of had to contact the Deputy Director at USCIS Washington, DC.

Its a privledge to live here, the wizard never promised us a smooth journey, AND nobody warned us of the sometime large mis-communication of the NVC operators. But that is our problem, its our journey , not theirs.

Those parasites you refered to are the same ones who review your paperwork when you came here. As I said, its a privledge to live here.

No, at least they talk to you at NVC (even though it is mostly a scripted response) but at least we can listen to someone tell us about our case...

That's what they want you to think, and you misspelled "privilege" twice by the way. Meanwhile they take your tax money and pass it to Wall Street bankers and military-industrial complex, among other things. They want you to feel privileged, pay taxes accurately and believe everything they tell you on TV. This country reminds me USSR more and more with every passing year.

Just so you know my position on that: I consider all other governments to be parasitic too, Russian government even more parasitic than US government.

Yes that is true I do give them the cake there, but even scripted, gosh they can give you mis leading info. as 2 operators gave me today, telling me my CR1 is in AP and we all think AP is the never ending hell of additional back grounds checks or whatever.

NVC AP for a CR 1 is the final stage before case completion. And I admit, NVC does hang up on you like Ive heard done at USCIS.

Been lucky so far (knock on wood) in getting NVC operators in decent moods and with some comprehension of the system... But I have not had a very complcated case or nearly the issues that many have had (look to heavens.... However, Regardless of their parasitic government tendencies and general bureaucratic bullshit, I am not going to dump on them too much yet until I have gotten what I need from them... that is my husband here with me! Only then will I let the wrath of my bitching come forth... "Sweetie, bees like honey not vinegar" as momma says...

Master5, Realizing that this may be a naive question, but is there a way to contact the embassy (e-mail or phone or even snail mail) explaining the lag in interviews and see if they can consolidate them so you do not have to changes gears on your plans entirely?? Just throwing out ideas.

So call the firing squad!!!!!!!!!!! PRIVIILEGE. Just as the GOVERNMENT gave you the privilege to live here, when you filed as a LPR, and as you were upgrade at USCIS when you became a U.S. citizen, its all a privilege. WE are all in this boat tied to the dock, and cant do a damn thing to make NVC hurry up, so sit down ,quit coming on so strong, and just think about how this will be a laugh when your family is here. We all have a choice, there is no law where a person HAS to live in USA. I choose to, God, country, and family are the only things that matter. And sometimes we have to fight for 2 out of 3 of them.
