Also when scheduling interviews they like to call that administrative processing, I remember that on my k3 when I called the visa specialist to find out if I had an interview date she told me your k3 is under administrative process still so therefore there is no interview again I freak out but I remember what happened when I was at NVC so I asked her what that meant and she said at the embassy they were uploading the case to their system and reviewing it and until then that is called administrative processing to call back later.

AP is the biggest mis-communication word out there, for me it was like the END. I'm truly glad you made your posting, so maybe if this happens to another, they wont freak like I did. Did not do anything for the excisting migraine Ive had for 3 days now, OUCH!!!

Since Im not at work today, will make apot of coffee and do some laundry, and start preparing again our 12 pound evidence binder for the K3 interview incase CR1 dont make it to embassy. I imagine the 12 pound binder will weight 20 pounds by the time its all over with. LOL

Truly happy!!!

THANKS SHAR, GUNDAS and Christee... I am really happy, although a bit surprised since it only took 1 week after we sent the IV packet. I am going to call NVC later on the day and check with them because the AVR hasn't changed. Does it change anyway, when the case is completed?

YEAP I have a small wheeled suitcase which I can take on the plane, to me that is shipment of gold!!!

Ive been taking Excedrin Migraine, and I just found some aspirin I brought back from Paris, usually with regular headache, I will take it and headache is gone in few minutes, strong stuff. I made a pot of coffee, doing 1st load of laundry, so going to breath for a bit, then get to work on the binder for just in case. Thank you all for your loving support!!!

Truly happy!!!

Hey Paris...

Take heart, okay? I don't think that their words AP mean what you think they do -- you're so accustomed to hearing that phrase that you directly apply to everything.

I think at NVC they just do a final administrative check on all files before they release them as case complete, you know? I am pretty sure this is the case for you so... chin up -- you'll get through it, okay?

Best,

LGG

Yes lgg, your right, Sra Castillo explained this to me, your both right, and as I think about it, its what the superviosr was saying AP is just final review, not the AP hell we all think. Im thinking more clearly now, caffeine does wonders for me. Just wish they had better wording of AP for final review. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly happy!!!

Your right, a caption saying AP for CR-1 means FINAL REVIEW before case complete, and not meaning AP never ending Hell!

Any moment now Paris, hang in there...

I am getting impatient again waiting for the DS3032 to be accepted and the next fee to be generated... I e-mailed it on the 9th and mailed a hard copy also on the 9th and it was delivered on the 10th.... I know I am getting restless, I just want to get this paperwork to them so they can keep moving.....

Just saw that an August filer got their NOA2... Seems like they lost boxes for many April and May filers... Feel bad for them and guess I was lucky to get mine out... Sometimes I feel like shoulda waited till June and I would be farther ahead in this process...

Don't worry Christeen, it usually takes 1 to 1.5 months! It will be fine! And you only took 4 months or so to be approved, so that is good too. ;)
