I called NVC this am, I found out our CR-1 case is also in AP. I heart sunk, I dont believe this, why? K3 been in AP since Aug. 11th, but why is the CR-1 also in AP. I hate this so much, its hopeless, friggin hopeless!!!

I talked to a supervisor at NVC Ms. Lila, our K3 is out of AP and being forwarded to embassy in Paris, she told me to call back Friday and ask for her, and she will be alble to tell me if its already been sent out to Paris, but its out of AP.

The CR-1 is under final review, she said all looks okay, and having it moved to final dept.

I truly dont know what to think, I did tell her I dont care which ones goes to embassy please send one, she giggled and said she understands. So that is the drama for the day, and Im drained, no work today, Im taking a mental health day, I need it.

Any bets which petition gets to embassy first? LOL

I honestly dont know what to think anymore, K3 or CR1?? I will call her Friday as she told me too, plus if its true what she said of moving my CR1 to final review, I will also watch the NVC login to see if I fail. Your covered on the 20 LOL

Paris in the last stage of your CR1 process AP doesn't mean the same as the one that was holding your k3. they also call administrative processing to completing the case and sending it to the final review. I remember I freak out when I called nvc and was told to wait as my case was under administrative processing I was like WHY!!! and the operator told me that's all I could say to you and hang up I started crying but then I call back in Spanish and the operator told me that they were working still on my case and that was called administrative processing but that it should be completed in a few days and it was true two days after I called and my case was completed. so don't be scared, and also its a good thing that the k3 went to the embassy, soonest your cr1 gets completed here contact the embassy to switch the petitions so the cr1 could take the place of the k3.

I know I got 3 different answers, yes in AP, No not in AP, I do feel like this superviosr was telling me the truth, and she told me to call HER back Friday. So I bet yur right, I think the operators dont know the correct terms of AP sometimes, I will keep watching the NVC login in site, and the DHL site for packages to Paris on the K3, UGH, what a morning, Im drained, and already called in sick at work. But your note does make me feel better, thank you for posting it.

Hope all turns out well for you Beth...it seems like they like to mess with you the most out of all of us. Hopefully they get the CR1 approved and sent out as soon as possible.

Also when scheduling interviews they like to call that administrative processing, I remember that on my k3 when I called the visa specialist to find out if I had an interview date she told me your k3 is under administrative process still so therefore there is no interview again I freak out but I remember what happened when I was at NVC so I asked her what that meant and she said at the embassy they were uploading the case to their system and reviewing it and until then that is called administrative processing to call back later.
