There is a certain racial group here in Vancouver that I constantly see them picking their noses in public. It's so nasty! You'll look over at one driving, and they're diggin' for gold. Ugh.

Do you think if I was going to receive a RFE from NVC I would of got it by now??? Damn AVRS message has same message for 10 days now!!!! Its killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would assume so, since I got one. I got the email today, btw. It's the exact thing they told me, so that's good, I guess. Going to take the docs into work tomorrow, scan them, then email to NVC. Will also send a hard copy. Not going to wait for the further review BS.

Oh Im so glad you got the email, and its exactly what they say!!!! Im still shaking my head over them with your case.

The kinda weird thing is - they sent me an email with the typical don't reply, etc., with the attachment. Then they sent an email with just the attachment.

Your Current AVR message due to the False RFE will not change, unless two things happen

1. Your case is completed

2. there is another real RFE ( god forbid and finger and toes crossing, and pray thats not the case.)

I know how hard this could be, but that is the reality and we cant escape. I could not, I had to listen to teh same old False RFE message for 19 days, and finally it said " NVC has completed the case. please allow bla blah weeks for futher instructions."

Sorry Beth, but keep on checking and next thing I know there will be a missed call on my phone before Midnight :)

I'm anxious to see what happens with my case. I overnighted my DS 230 packet today with the AOS coversheet like the rep told me to do.

Website still shows IV Bill as in process but tomorrow will make 7 days ago the 400 was debited from my account. If they don't accept it because they don't think it's been paid i'll be quite upset.

This morning i call, and Jessica picks up the phone . she seems to be in a big hurry. i ask the same question . she cuts me off and says, "it left NVC on Sept 14, Alright!! Alright!!. " I says thankyou and look on DHl. I cant find any mail picked up by dhl bound to Kathmandu

I was teasing you Crabby!!!!! I know , you are always there, you are a friend. We have talked to each other at our highs and lows in this process . I know I have made lots of friends here on VJ.
