I-864 Package Generated - no need/online payment

Mailed I-864 Package and DS-3032- Expressed mailed USPS 7/27/09

I-864 Package Received at NVC - 7/28/09, at 11:22 AM

DS-3032 accepted and IV bill generated - 7/29/09

Paid IV Bill -7/29/09, at 8:40 AM EDT

IV Bill Show as PAID - 7/30/29. printed the Reciepts . mailing civil docs ( AVR says Waiting for Biographic documents from the petitioner )

NVC Rcieved IV package: Aug 4, 2009

RFE email recieved ( AOS) : Aug 7, on child case . Need I-864w not I-864 ( those applying for children be warned)

Fedexed I 864w : 08/07/09 with the bar coded page

RFE recieved by NVC: 08/10/09

Called NVC and confirmed not in AP: Aug 24

CASE COMPLETE- Aug 26/ 2009

Interview email recieved : Sept 2, Interview date is Oct 14

Medical completed: Sep 7, all negative. Sealed report on Oct 8.

VISA approved , 23 Oct

passport picked up , 26 Oct

POE and US Entered, 31 Oct.

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

WOW, is really all I can say after catching up here.

Sure it's nice to be able to see your spouse during this process but leaving is extremely hard.

Removal of Conditions: 12/09/2011

ROC check cashed 12/15/11

NOA1 12/13/11

Biometrics 1/6/12 Complete

RFE 9/13/12

RFE package sent back 10/17/12

Card Production Ordered 12/04/12

10 year card arrived in mail 12/10/12

hi paris ,, i am just curious is there a to do list i need to make for nvc to get ready if incase they have the case in the system could you tell me what they are ,, you mentioned about birth cirtificate and police certificate,, i can get those what other doc do i need can you kind of make a to do list thanks hope am not asking too muchhhh what can i do ? lol

you guys kept on saying log in on nvc is there such a way you log on in nvc i don't know that

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

12/10/09- VISA APPROVED (slip given appointment for tuesday to pick up passport )

12/15/09- VISA ON HAND ( praise god )

02/01/10 - POE

03/02/10- Green card arrived

NVC has no log in site. Keep calling the NVC operators at (603) 334-0700. They will let you know if you have a case number at NVC after you give them your USCIS case number. Give them your email address and your husband's (I am assuming you are female). This will speed you up greatly, as all correspondence will then be via email. Check back the next day, when I did this it didn't get entered into the system properly the first time. Go to the Wiki section of this site and look up the LingChe NVC ShortCut. That will give you all the info you need to get through NVC as quickly as possible. I'm assuming that the NVC login everyone talks about is the payment site through the US State Dept. at www. immigrantvisas.state.gov Fellow VJers, is that the case, I've been wondering myself? Good luck on your journey!

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

We are all in wait mode here. Our DS-230 should have arrived at NVC today, but I have no confirmation of that, just that it is at the drop center there. Just take a deep breath :goofy: We are all taking the next step together, and it is coming soon (F) Have faith everyone, our journeys will be ending soon.

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

I received confirmation from the post office that DS230 was delivered on 9/8. Just checked the AVS and it says "NVC received your checklist response letter on 9/10" I never received any checklist and never sent any letter. Hope this means they received my DS230 but its a funny way of saying it.
