Anybody doing NVC in August??

my spouse's case now is saying they've received checklist from yesterday's missing info(DS-230). resent FULL I-864 package again last night to NVC for step-kid with AOS cover sheet, the instructions on those forms can make you crazy.

Well NV dont seem to update their system much case per case, mine says same damn thing for 5 days now, like a broken record!

But I confimred with operator, to ignore message, all is okay with my case, in final reveiw as per the operator a few secs ago.

That means they have not reveiw your I-864 packet yet, to them, they only see you paid the $70.00 bill.

If they would check in the packets as they come, we would not get these False RFE, UGH!!!!! I need more coffee!!!

Could not resist, I called NVC, same message for 6 days now!! False RFE, Time to change the message!! AND my K3 is still in AP at NVC. This makes day 30 for the K3, So that is a dead subject, we went with the better petition, and praying soon it will be competed.

here is hoping to the August NVCers here get approved quickly before the end of the month so we can all get November interviews

Could not resist, I called NVC, same message for 6 days now!! False RFE, Time to change the message!! AND my K3 is still in AP at NVC. This makes day 30 for the K3, So that is a dead subject, we went with the better petition, and praying soon it will be competed.

here is hoping to the August NVCers here get approved quickly before the end of the month so we can all get November interviews

ARGH, I need a October interview!!!!!!!! I think I need to mail embassy and ask if we have to transfer embassys if interview is after the expiration of hubbys French residency card. Not sure if France cares if his card will be expires Nov. 6th, I pray we dont, I dont want him to return to Algeria, this will delay us even more, cause I have to apply for a visa to go to Algeria.

keep your finger cross, you really need a NVC completion this week or now for your Oct interview, wish you luck!

hello again guys, i hope you had a good labor day weekend. im trying to get back on track ... whew long story short, we had a baby over the weekend ( i guess i took the meaning of it literally) ...

i have a quick question, i plan to send out all the paperwork for the AOS package but i wanted to know if i should write our case number on each sheet? i remember reading this somewhere in this forum but im not 100% sure if i remember it correctly since i had pregnant brain, now im just a walking zombie.

OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! All this b1tching and not knowing what was happening and this happens just now!!

"Sign In Failed Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error."

I thought as of this morning they weren't even working on my case yet (at least that's what the operator told me). Thank God that was wrong. I think I'm almost done! ALHAMDULILLAH!!!! I won't believe it until we get an interview date! OMG! I just can't believe it!
