Anybody doing NVC in August??

I called the NVC earlier and the AVR said I am missing something and they've sent a letter of notification which made me almost miss a heartbeat. I then spoke with an operation and she said it was because I didn't pay the IV fee which was generated yesterday. I told her I've paid the fee already on 9/4 as it was available for payment and it showed PAID on 9/5 (cleared from my account on 9/8). I also told her that they should receive the DS-230 package today with the document cover sheet. She then said it would probably clear in a few days then. I got all suspicous and logged into the payment site and now it has IV fee payment option available again for paymed which totally confused me. I then clicked on the payment receipts button which took me to another page and that has the IV bill payment status as PAID. Has anyone seen this? if so, any idea if NVC will correct this in a day or so?

Yes that is not un-common, give it a day or two to clear up. It will show paid soon on both pages, dont worry !!

Thanks Paris. I just spoke with the NVC again now and they confirmed the same and said this occured because I paid the IV fee before it was generated. So if I was able to print out the document cover sheet, I should be fine.

Honey just call to see if message has changed, now now to be mean or scare you, you may get a False RFE, lately these have been common with several in this thread. And if that happens, PM me, glad to always help you. How is C? Is is coming soon to see you??

He left almost 3 weeks ago and now he will come back for the interview and to pick me up. I can't wait to leave with him! I WANT THIS TO BE OVER! I am glad NOW is just a matter of patience. At least we know our cases are about to be completed!

Could not resist, I called NVC, same message for 6 days now!! False RFE, Time to change the message!! AND my K3 is still in AP at NVC. This makes day 30 for the K3, So that is a dead subject, we went with the better petition, and praying soon it will be competed.

Well, I think the fact that the message hasn't changed is good. I think that means they are working on your case. As for me, it changes EVERYDAY! I call they say there is no problem. Although, today they said they haven't even started reviewing the Ds-230 that is why I keep getting the message. I asked to speak to a supervisor who informed me that it can take up to four weeks for them to review/process it and to call again next week. I feel like they lost it and won't admit it to me
