Here is how your False RFE is going to look. and if this is what you have then you can safely disregard it, for you know you have mailed in the DS-230 pacakge and , furhter, notice the RFE does not have a checklist page. The real RFE will have a checklist as below attachment

Note the checklist part. The one below clearly tells me what needs to be sumitted and how. however, the first one does nto have that.

Called this morning again - still reviewing (they didn't say that, but said they received the mail on Sept 2 and it takes 2-4 weeks to review).

Malrothie, same here, NVC said received mail from me 09/03/09 but yet they said AOS packet reviewed and completed/OKAY on 09/03/09 Their dates dont make sence! So they reveiw the AOS 09/03/09 when they reccceived the AOS packet 08/25/09 ????? HUM!!!

Now I got a email from NVC dated 09/05/2009 Check list, asking for DS-230 packet, which they got and signed for 09/02/2009 and which they confirmed today via phone this afternoon. I hate this process too!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a FALSE ISF??????????????? I think 99% sure it is. there was no Official check list enclosed.

I received my RFE today, dated 9/5/2009, they also looking for DS230.

My DS-230 package arrived 9/03 and scaned at NVC on 9/04 but I don't think it in the NVC system.

Need to wait few more days for them to update.

On the other hand, they just reviewed my I-864 and dont question or ask any thing, so far so good on AOS
