Forgive me if the answer to this is in the forums. I searched, but couldn't find anything....

I'm preparing our I-864. In 2006, I filed jointly with my ex because our divorce was not final and we still owned assets together. So, the total adjusted income for that year is three times my single income in 2007 & 2008.

Do I put the total income in there for 2006, even though 2/3 of it was my ex-husband's income?

Married 2008

-------------------------------------------------------------------

5/21/09 - filed I-130

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

Yeah, my income does exceed the poverty level, but Question #25 on the form asks for the three most recent years. :help:

they implicitly ask for a copy of the documents. you need to do this part and make sure that you have the case number written or printed on every single page of the package, original and photo copy.

For original docs, use a sticky note as not to write on a birth cert. or something like that.

hi guys, im in a bit of a pickle here... i ws wondering if anyone has sent out their choice of agent in email form without attaching the scanned copy of the document. was it accepted anyways? or would it be more adviseable to wait until it has been signed and scanned then attach it?

we are planning to send the printout / signed sheet as soon as we receive it, hopefully by the end of the week but i wanted to get going with the process if possible.

thanks in advance.

Go into the Wiki, and get the DS-3032 e-mail template. That is all I used and it was accepted. I did not send any attachments. :)

No pickle!

Here, http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Use that template, fill it out using YOUR i nformation and just resend the email. Most people don't use the attached form that comes with your first package.

You DO need to use the above template though as they need your case number and petitioner and beneficiarys full name and date of birth.

have a look at the link and see if that's clear, okay?

And when you send the email to USC, in your SUBJECT LINE put ATTENTION: ACL and CHOICE OF AGENT.

Let me know if this is not clear to you, okay?

Okay, good girl...

Remember, it's better to send a little extra than a little too less. But yeah, and keep a copy of all the packages for yourself, the ds230 and the AOS (you didn't need to send a copy of the AOS but DO make a copy for yourselves)

Good Luck Paris... keep yourself well and remember, you're almost done.
