Yep, it took it's time being approved. I just used the template on the VJ wiki, it worked perfectly.

And my husband is going to pay the $400 tomorrow when he get's paid. I want a February or March interview though.

My wife is going to submit paperwork to get the local PCC tomorrow. They wouldn't give local PCC without some proof like the AOS coverpage. Takes about a week to get the local PCC and then regional PCC they wont give unless she has interview letter.

That's terrible. I don't think that's the case in Canada. D: I hope you get it soon!

Yea, she is going to submit paperwork today and should have it by end of the week. I don't anticipate for the IV bill to be generated anytime soon so I have some time. Im hoping she gets the PCC by friday since my brother is in India he could bring it back with him

I wonder why that is, its not like the only time aperson asks for a PCC is cause they are trying to immigrate. More red tape, yuck.

alright, another quiry pls... any opinion welcome... Here's d sitch: for my i864- i only have 2008 tax transcript cuz i didnt work prior yrs. Only made 4k or so. this yr my current annual income is more than 45k. Im working for a very good laboratory. now, how do u think i stand on d whole aos thing? anyone think nvc will advice me to get a co sponsor for my husband? blush:

You need a co-sponsor. Its last year income is what they re looking at , not the present year income.

When doing the electronic emailing instead of mailing, does everything get emailed. My wife sent in the AOS documents hard copy and now they sent us an email saying everything should be down by email. They contradict a lot. Should we just email it now.

Everything should be sent via email if you are doing Electronic Processing via the Montreal consulate.

I sent my AOS packet overnight today as well. Choice of agent hasn't been accepted yet so still waiting on that. I have until end of the week till wife gets police clearance so hopefully IV bill shows up this week.

Hopefully we can all get interview dates in November before Thanksgiving

Congrats to you. I'm starting to get a bit angered here. I emailed my DS 3032 on 08/19/09 and snail mailed it on 08/24/09 and STILL it hasn't been accepted. What's going on? I sent it regular mail like a dummy. If it's not accepted by tomorrow i'm going to overnight it. This is ridiculous.

Have you sent your AOS packet? if not, enclose it in there, I did, and it was accepted.

OMG MY CASE WAS COMPLETED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but they don't have any slots for september open boooooooooooooooooooo

and on top of that, the operator told me that they cannot guarantee me a slot in october ####### arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

it was funny...when i first got ahold of the operator, she told me "i'll tell you the good news first..." and i was like "huh? oh man..."

Just got an e-mail saying my IV bill is ready, even though...well, we've been able to pay it for a few days now. I'm FINALLY going to get my police certificate on friday.

And just to be sure, and I've asked like 90381238012 times.

With the originals I send in the IV package, I should also send photocopies too right? What do they want photocopies off? The ENTIRE package including the DS-230 or just like, my birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc?

Just take your entire package and put it in the photocopier.
