Anybody doing NVC in August??

I think someone mentioned this already on this thread, so forgive me for not reading all the pages before this one. I am a little concerned....

I was able to make payment for the IV bill this past Tuesday night. Which then generated the receipt saying "in process." Wednesday morning I called and spoke to an NVC operator who said the bill had not yet been generated and I told her that's strange because I already paid it. ANYHOW, Wednesday evening I received an email saying that the IV bill is available to be paid (duh...I already knew that). I went in to check it last night and on the main page it says it's "not paid" although the receipt page (the second screen) where the AOS bill says paid, underneath it is the IV bill saying "in process."

I hope that makes sense. Am I okay? I don't have to pay it again....I hope. I thought payment would go through today, that is why I am concerned.

ARE you trying to confuse me Sis???? What? What ever you do Sis, dont pay it twice. I bet it shows paid tomorrow, even electronic checks such as we are doing by paying this takes a couple of days. It will be fine. Now Im going back to my nap!

i'm getting sick and tired of the waiting!

Your timeline almost looks like min except you sent your AOS package Later. However, looks to me you should hear something this week , if not next week earliest. Please call NVC and ask if your case going under Normal Review. Also tell the operator its been this many weeks since i sent my package, That makes them go cosult with thier supervisor. that is what happened to me.

Then by next week you should hear something.

I was goign to post the addressess for all < AOS, IV and RFE but can't login to that page anymore.

One more thing, Once you make your payment, for some reason the status changes to " IN process " and then Next is NOT Paid, And then only to Paid. This may be something that needs to be added to LIngche or whatever shortcuts are out there.

Its already on Lingches page under section 3.9 9. Paying AOS Fee Bill Online.

See my progress in the signature. Hard copy of DS-3032 for my wife was processed before the email version of it sent 2 weeks ago, they have processed it in just 1 day! I'd save myself lots of time express-mailing DS-3032 in the first place instead if emailing it.

Okay get this....about two hours ago I check the site and it says IV PAID! So I print off the IV receipt and cover. I've had everything ready to go for the IV package for about a week. None the less, I check it once, twice, three times and well it's now on it's way to the NVC. What's really weird though, it that I call my bank after sending the package off and the bank is saying that the IV fee has NOT been deducted from my bank account. What's up with that? Should I panic? 'Cause I really don't want to.

You have a lousy bank, do you have online account access? It took just 1 day to show IV as paid for my son's case, and there is a transaction visible for my account online. I wouldn't worry on your place, if it says that it's paid then it's paid, all you need is IV cover sheet and the rest is not your problem.

Well, I feel a bit better then if some of you took a few weeks. I was starting to feel singled out.

This journey is a very serious test of patience.

I looked at your signature - if you want to save some more time you better mail DS-3032 to NVC Overnight, it took them 18 days to process my DS-3032 email. Hard copy is much faster - they processed it in just 1 day in my case.
