Just want to let you all know that my case at NVC completed yesterday

all in all, it was a great experience, different than USCIS. now waiting for the Interview date which wont be avaiable until September 15.

Beth, My DS-3032 was accepted in two weeks as well. however, the IV fee bill was generated after they recieved my AOS. I remeber one of the Operators mentining ,'We have not recieved your AOS package yet." it was at NVC the day she said so, and next day, i had my IV fee bill available for payment.

August surely has been slower than the month of July, my thinking. You should have your IV fee bill this week.

Mo, its was there when I just logged in, now bank account is $400.00 lighter, LOL :dance::dance::dance:

Wow that was quick, hopefully they can finish the review by the first week of sept and you may just get a oct. interview date :)

I told you Dumplong, you will fly thryu NVC!!!!! Yes hoping and prayng for a October interview.

Yea, i'll be praying for you as well. Thanks for the help

Anytime!!!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Since I was able to pay the big bill, then NVC accepted my AOS packet already? and its okay the AOS packet I mean, no chance of a RFE or something like that?

That means they have reived the AOS package. Not that they have reviewed it as well. this is from my experience at NVC as well. Once my AOS package with the Cover letter was recieve by the NVC along with the DS-3032, they generated IV fee bill. that was around 22 of July. However, the actual review on my AOS occured on the first week of august and that is when i received a RFE for 864w.

I do not have any other way to confirm what i stated above, but speaking purly out of my experience and speculation and the timeline.

Beth, keep faith. did you mail your AOS with the stuff we spoke on the phone that day

Thank you LGG.

Beth, LGG, sherpa, and you all regular on this thread havet helped me maintain my sanity during my stay at NVC. I am less worried about NVC and RFE.

Now the focus has shifted to the Interview. Again, your help and support is what I will need. So please be there.

Hey Mohan...

No worries and yes, i'll need you too to help me get through the waiting for an interview. Canada is the slowest consulate when assigning interviews.

It's not cool.

Let's get through this too, okay?

:)

LGG

Hmm.. I'm wondering where I should send my AOS/IV package to. Should I just UPS it to the 31 blah blah blah, Suite 100 address?

You must send it to where the Cover sheet tells you to. I believe it was 32 Rochester Avenue for me.

 Use the address on the NVC coversheet you printed when your AOS bill was paid. ALWAYS use the address on the covrsheeet printed for what ever stage your paying at NVC.

Except that doesn't apply in my case because I paid my fees via money order.
