Hello all,

I was reading LingChe's NVC shortcut and it's mentioned that we need to send the AOS package to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

but in the cover sheet I've received, it says to send it to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR AOS

32 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

Can someone please confirm?

Thanks,

--Abdul

I hope it changes.. but the problem is that it doesnt say in progress or in status, it still says NOT PAID! this is frustrating!

Another question: do we have to send the email about the choice of agent when we send the form, the ds3032?

My IV bill also went from "In Process" to "Not Paid". It transitioned to "Paid" in about 2 business days. This appears to be "normal". My AOS bill was faster. Only 1 day.

Use the one on the cover sheet you just printed out -- this is what I was advised to do by one of the operators...

It worked -- all our stuff got there. They did change addresses recently but are accepting stuff for both and both are almost right beside each other if not, ARE each other, you know?

No harm if you use whichever but I wo uld go with the one on the cover sheet.

Just a quick question....will I get an email saying they accepted the ds-3032 or will I know it was accepted by receiving the IV bill? Thanks!

WHOA INTENSE. :|

They should make CR-1 VISA's available in Vancouver too, or Calgary or something. That's intense...wow. O.O

I don't need to go to the USA until April 2010 anyway, but whoa...crazy. I'll get on my husbands butt and tell him to do the I-864 ASAP.

Once you get the IV Bill, it's been accepted. I've no idea about the e-mail, because I'm stilling waiting. Good luck.!

I know eh? It seriously sucks *ss big time. All that gunning it and running around getting shiznastics done only to have to sit and wait for for a freakishly long time.

What burns my buns? All the other countries that have AP and high fraud or whatever at least have their stuff together to pass through interviews at a really fast rate!

What?

The total BS part is that Vancouver and Calgary both used to process CR1's. I would really like to find out why they don't anymore. Did they not realize that Canada is a giant country?
