So if it shows as NOT PAID it is because it's really not paid??? Because he didnt entered any account number, etc??

Right!!! Now what do you mean he did not enter any account number? Cause to log into NVC you need to enter your NVC case number and your IID number.

Truly happy!!!

Hello everyone! Does the AOS bill appears as "in process" or just "not paid" when it has been paid but not showing yet?

In process! is what it shows till your payment goes thru electronically. Once it is paid, it shows PAID, then you print the cover sheet and send your AOS packet to NVC to the address on the cover sheet.

Where do we get the cover sheet? My status shows PAID right now.

When your logged into the NVC site, at the bottom of the page it shows "Receipt Page." Click that link. The next page at the bottom should have a button

named "Document Cover Page." Click that and then print it.

I hope it changes.. but the problem is that it doesnt say in progress or in status, it still says NOT PAID! this is frustrating!

Another question: do we have to send the email about the choice of agent when we send the form, the ds3032?

Oh boy, that is not good not showing In Progress.

For the DS03032 you do a coversheet and email the DS-3032 You can find a coversheet templet in the Ling Ch short cuts.

Tell me if you cant find it, I will paste a link for you.

THANKS PARIS!! So about the AOS bill.. what do you advice us to do?

When I paid mine, I printed a Payment information sheet, which showed my banking details the payment tracking I.D. number, also showd my name, the payment amount ,did C print this out? This also shows the Pay Gov. Tracking number and the Payment tracking number and the Transaction date and time of the payment.

Check to see if he has the payment receipt.

Truly happy!!!

Hello all,

I was reading LingChe's NVC shortcut and it's mentioned that we need to send the AOS package to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

but in the cover sheet I've received, it says to send it to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR AOS

32 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

Can someone please confirm?

Thanks,

--Abdul
