Anybody doing NVC in August??

Just received the two emails from NVC a min ago. I paid the AOS Fee online and it's now "In Process." Also, I emailed a scanned copy of the DS 3032 that my wife just signed(We live together in El Salvador) with the barcode. I'm a bit concerned that I haven't received a auto-response from them.

Anyone else had that problem?

I got my auto respond 6hrs later, you should receive soon.

Done. Just sent in the IV package. Ball is in NVC court. Hopefully no RFE! Let the waiting begin... Highly recommend sending in DS-3032 hardcopy if you want to be faster. Good luck to everyone. My experience with NVC has been very positive so far. Way-to-go NVC!

I just sent out my AOS/IV money order today. I have all necessary documents for the 864 and the DS230. Going to UPS them on the 31 (gives NVC enough time to deposit the money order).

My wife just signed the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent). What is the exact format to send it via email? Is it alright to send it as an attachment?

I'm also going to send the hardcopy once I get it by DHL. I thought I'd better make sure I have it in hand to send it to NVC from a US address.

You can email the DS-3032 to them, just use the template. I posted the link above. Once you pay the bill you'll start to receive other forms by email in a couple days. I would send the email for choice of agent from beneficiary email address. I am also going to include a scanned copy of the DS-3032 in the email.

HELP!!!. I checked to see if my payment was accepted for the AOS and I see where imy husbands name is says Principal.

Shouldnt it show BENEFICIARY??? I emailed NVC to see if this can be fixed, did I possibly delay my time at NVC??? #######!! See below: where it says Principal Should it not say BENEFICIARY???

That means he is the PRINCIPAl Immigrant. Dont you think he is ? A Principal immgrant is that who has a approved petition from the USCIS and now is at the NVC< and that Prinicpal immigrant is required to be interviewed at the Embassy, and that is Principal Immigrant that will be immigrating due to an approved petition by you.

That is what says on my Childs case as well. so dont be alarmed.

Still no DS-3032 in email

I sent in my DS 3032 by email on the 19th. I received the auto response but nothing since then. The IV bill hasn't been generated either. I'm going to mail the hard copy DS 3032 today just in case. Also, Does NVC review the AOS and IV as they receive them or do they wait until the packet is complete and then review?

All it means Dumpling is that you sent it, but does not guarantee NVC received it. NVC will send you a email stating DS-3032 from Received/Accepted , and this does take several days.

Also mail the DS-3032 form also to NVC for just in case, keep a copy for your records of course.
