I sent in just the email format from the shortcuts and my DS3032 was accepted.

Just got the email from NVC with our DS-3032. Of course my wife is the one who needs that because she needs to sign it. Also, no mention of the AOS fee or our invoice ID number. According to the LingChe NVC ShortCut guide, I need the invoice ID number to pay the AOS fee. As per usual, I'm confused

Did you open the attachment? The AOS fee bill should be included with your DS3032. If not, call NVC and request they forward it to your email ASAP.

Please anyone....I JUST received the emails for the AOS fee and the DS-3032. I talked to an NVC operator and they said I have to scan in the signed DS-3032 (argh my scanner is broken!!) and email it as an attachment. Is this true or did you guys just send in the email format given from James/LingChe shortcuts WITHOUT the attachment?? I really want to just send the email from my husbands account, but I don't want to do it incorrectly. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend sending in the barcoded signed DS-3032 overnight. It seems to be faster than email.

Just received the two emails from NVC a min ago. I paid the AOS Fee online and it's now "In Process." Also, I emailed a scanned copy of the DS 3032 that my wife just signed(We live together in El Salvador) with the barcode. I'm a bit concerned that I haven't received a auto-response from them.

Anyone else had that problem?

If you just sent it, you're not going to get it right away. I didn't receive my auto-response until almost 4 hours.

I got a second email about 45 minutes after the first with the AOS fee bill and the Invoice ID Number. Just paid it online.

Hey Girlie, we are trying hard to finish NVC so we can interview in France!!!! Hubby getting a new Algerian police cert. I found out his BC has no expiration date on it, it was only issued in March, and BC are good with embassy Paris within 1 year of interview! Wish us luck, we are racing the clock. I got my AOS packet in order tax returns, pay stubs, employment letter and the I-864EZ all ready to go.

From the looks of it I should be getting email on Monday with the DS3032 form. Is the employment letter required? My work wont provide one since we do phone verification.
