I need updated Algerian BC and PCC for him, and they take a while to get. His had a 3 month valadity on his BC, and that just expired, if it did not have that I would not worry, and proceed full steam with CR-1 And I want to say his PCC from Algeria also had a 3 month shelf life. He is getting his father to get us new ones, not sure how long it will take from Algeria to France, that is the part Im un-sure of. UGH!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Hopefully you can get docs quickly, wonder if they would let you submit the expired BC and just state that you will have new ones at interview

My wife just mailed out all original docs yesterday from India. I should get them by Monday. NVC operator instructed me to email a pdf copy of signed DS3032, is that really needed or can i just send in email from her account following the template?

Im going to be filling out the I-864EZ, but can't get a letter from work since HR told me the only way to verify is through the phone system we have in place which verifies employment and salary. Along with the I-864EZ I will be sending years worth of pay stubs and Tax Transcripts which I received in May. Will this be OK????
