Hey pseith, we got our case numbers same day for the I-130 s you did. LOL Are you doing the K3? Did you get a case number for your I-129F? I should have that one Tuesday or so. Best wishes, enjoy your weekend.

Our I-129F is still at USCIS, so unless it is approved soon, we will probably go the IR-1/CR-1 route. Congratulations on getting your NVC case numbers! They got a lot of cases at once from USCIS, because according to our case number, we were the 154th case scanned in on Thursday.

I called late last night, nothing showed, then this am there it was. Give the I-129F a bit more time, maybe a week, I bet it gets approved soon. Mine did 2 days after USCIS approved my I-130. I need to call NVC Monday and give them our emails.

I was vastly uninformed when we first applied, I had not discovered VJ yet. I didn't know that I had to send the I-129F in for the K3 process, and I thought I had to pay the fee for it. I had to wait until I saved the money for the fee, which was waived, so I wasted my time doing that. So our NOA1 on the I-129F is 5-13-09, over a month after our I-130 NOA1.

Which email do you give to operator on 8-12 ? Beneficial I assumed

then beneficial received the DS 3032 email from NVC right.

My wife emailed the text template too, but I am backing it up by sending a hardcopy of DS-3032 signed.

Hey all....I just spoke to one of the NVC operators that said once the DS-3032 is issued, that my husband will either need to mail or email it (she said if emailing, the form will need to be scanned and then sent via email).

I think its time to update the wiki pages! They are horribly out of date. Its not clear if the scanned DS-3032 should be emailed as an attachment or if the text template is good enough.

Other updates needed:

1. Take out the part about asking an operator for Invoice number
2. Stress how important it is to call an operator and give emails the day your case goes online

Both the beneficiary and petitioner email addresses. Received two emails: one to beneficiary cc: petitioner DS-3032. one to petioner cc: beneficiary AOS bill.

Congrats La Souris, I got my case number the 14th also, and found out this am , My I-129F for a K3 was assisgned a number Aug. 12th, but it never registrued with their automatic system. Strange. Cant wait till this one is sent to embassy.

that AVR thing actually distresses me now. I have no new message on it, but the same old since AUG 7. No change , no news. called operator on last Friday evening, and she said may be next week they will review your packages.

Hoping and praying to get something from NVC this week.

I gave NVC our emails for our I-130 how long does it take for NVC to email you and beneficiary the DS-230 and DS-3032 forms?????

In my experience, we got the DS-3220 and the AOS fee in 3 days from us giving them our e-mails. Our AOS bill shows paid today, so I printed off the cover sheets and I'm about to send a copy to my husband. Probably going to send up sending him his latest paystub too...

So Beth, are you going to be doing I-130 now? o_O
