NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I can't log into the payment site as of the 10th and i called today and she said they were doing a final review of my package -- she (the operator with whom I spoke) SAID there was nothing wrong with it but I have a sneaking suspicion that they're holding out so they don't have to give me in an interview date too soon.

am I paranoid? I just want to hear the AVR say the magic words: Case Complete. I am an agnostic -- I don't believe it 'til I see it...

Good luck you guys, Paris, Mohan, Ber... let's try and not get freaked out. Paris? It took a week for them to register our case, not sure how K3s process but it might be the same thing...

Good luck...

Oh, okay. o_o

So Current Individual income for 2008 would be like $6,000? LOL

Dear god.

I guess this is why we DEFINITELY need the letter of employment.

And thank god, these paystubs are godly...

But which one do we check for question 25?

Box one or two?

Check the Optional box, IF you have other previous tax returns / transcripts for 2007 and 2006

I did the I-864 EZ only put 2008 transcript.

Just talked to USCIS they said they forwarded my 2 approved petitions to NVC on Friday? NVC shows no receord of them yet, YIKES!!! stress is coming back!!!!

Stress already set in here

NVC has the packages, receieved them on the 4th and still does nto review it. worse than USCIS ????

Man, tell me about it.

I have a sad now. all the other posts I read said that once log in failed you'd get a case complete in like 2 days. It's not that, really but I heard a rumour that for CR1s Montreal schedules on the second week of each month and I was thinking maybe we'd get that?

I know, it was probably all hoop dreams but the waiting for every little step is a HUGE bummer sometimes and no matter what stage of the game you're in, it feels just as bad. The waiting is starting to wear on me as I can't figure out which step I'm supposed to take next or how or when or whatever. And I know that, again, no matter what stage we're all in, you ALL understand that feeling...

le sigh...

Anyway... good luck to everyone and to everyone still waiting...

Hey! Can't remember it now.. but I think we called and asked an operator about our case once our log in failed.

It took a while for the AVR to get updated.

Good luck LGG!

I still can't believe that we have to put current individual income as like $7000...I swear current means this year. Oh well ):

At least we're making well over the 125% requirement even though he only needs to make 100% over.

I got my 4 passport photos done today. :3 I'm almost done my package. But I have to help my paperwork retarded husband. :3

Well, I'm doing up my husbands I-864 because he really hates paperwork...and he's just retarded, but he's going to use it as an example and then add in the figures and what not. But for question 23. It's totally stumping me even though I've gotten an answer to it.

23. My Current Individual Annual Income is:

Apparently, the answer is the amount he made last year which is around 7,000. Last year he nearly got himself killed in a car accident and his knee made him unable to work. But I'm dumbfounded because I thought current was well, CURRENT, as in how much one has made so far this year. So, 2009 not 2008.

But we have pay stubs for the past 6 months that state he's made $25,000+ USD since January.

I'm probably overthinking like usual. :'( I'm so sorry guys.

But if he's making over the poverty line THIS YEAR, as in 2009, then we're golden right.

I'm glad I'm doing this instead of my husband, he'd be lost otherwise LOL

Has anyone contacted NVC to get their case number? Is it too soon to call? They sent my paperwork August 6th.

Depends what "sent my paperwork" means. What your NOA2 says or if you really called USCIS and confirmed that they sent it on that date. (those two dates seems to vary widely!)

In any case it doesn't hurt to check it. The phone call is less than 5 minutes.

Likely too early, but some people get their numbers faster. Doesn't hurt to check it. The phone call should be less than 5 minutes.

Ive called, no luck in NVC case number. USCIS has NOT been sending approval to NVC on a regular basics anymore, dont know why, heard once cause they dont have enough approvals. :ranting::protest: Give it atleast 2 weeks before expecting your NVC case numbers. UGH!!! More waiting. :ranting:

Truly happy!!!
