Tôi biết nó, thằng nói câu nói đó

Tôi biết nó, đồng bào miền Bắc này biết nó

Việc nó làm, tội nó phạm ra sao

Nó đầu tiên đem râu nó bện vào

Hình xác lão Mao lông lá

Bàn tay Nga đầy băng tuyết giá

Cũng nhoài qua lục địa Trung Hoa

Không phải xoa đầu mà túm tóc nó từ xa

Nó đứng không yên, tất bật, điên đầu

Lúc rụi vào Tàu, lúc rúc vào Nga

Nó gọi Tàu Nga là cha anh nó Và tình nguyện làm con chó nhỏ

Xông xáo giữ nhà gác ngõ cho cha anh

Having a baby is not a guarantee that HCMC will hand out a pink sheet. People tell me that having a kid is automatic, its the same people that say, "Once you're married you get a visa right away." They don't know what they are talking about. Ok, so you have a baby, your case get denied at the Service center, and your wife gets a Visa ban. Is that fair for your family? I wouldn't take that chance, but that's just me.

Why did they make you wait like you are not a USC? They had you sit with all of the beneficiaries? Did you go to talk to the CO before the interview in the afternoon when they will talk with USC, like JohnCali did?

there will be no more pink in HCMC .

I come submit timeline for my wife on 8/25/2009, almost 99% with blue slip get another blue slip again.

I also get a blue sip but this time is administrative close( the chief officer make final review and then send back to USCIS).

it say I can appeal @ USCIS but if USCIS revoke my case my wife will not be elligable for visa anymore.

this is such really such.

I askd the immigration lawyer if I can sue the consular, but he said that he can't sue them there is no court to sue. that too bad, no body can help me.

Before in your earlier post you mentioned that you did not make much last year this might have been the problem, I bet if you waited until next year with the income you made for the full year this year you would get pink second time around. Either way good luck and just keep strong if you want it bad enough you will eventually get it.

I get off plane then the next day I come to submit timeline. then I have to sit there wait for result.

there is a line for people who submit the blue sheet you have to follow the line.

they dont care you are petitioner or beneficiarier .

If my case was not closed I would talk to the CO, but it closed already.

After I receive the denial sheet I talk to the CO at window, he tell me to come back to US and appeal at USCIS.
