Hi. I recently applied for Adjustment of Status (AOS) domestically based on my family based immigration. I have two sponsors, one primary and other is a joint sponsor. That means there are two I-864 forms that are filled. I just saw on the USCIS website that we need to send a check for this filing. I have sent my AOS documents to Chicago Lockbox address, but forgot to send the check related to Affidavit of Support.

What should be the amount of this check? Whom should it be payable to? Where should it be sent?

When they send it back to you as rejected just put the $1010.00 check in there and send it back. BUT if I were you I would recheck everything after reading the directions to make sure you didn't forget anything else.

Good Luck to you

I think there is a confusion here. I have already sent a check of $1010 to US Dept of Homeland Security. But when I went to the USCIS website for downloading I-864 form, I read that there is additional $70 fee required by the State for domestic Affidavit of Support application. Is that true? Do I need to send in an additional check? If so, whom should it be payable to?

The fee is waived when submitting the I-864 in conjunction with an I-485 - so no, in your case you do not/did-not need to submit additional money.
