I agree with Kathryn on this just because its cleared in Canada means nothing elsewhere. Obtain court documents of what happened and hang on to them because it would be a pain in the #### to get them when you're there. Yeah it happened when you were a kid so you should be fine but just be prepared by having that paperwork ready to be presented.

When I did my interview in Montreal, I was asked “have you ever been arrested for any crime in any country?” Not even “charged” but “arrested”. You may be asked the same question, so I’d be prepared for it to come out and just include it on your forms with a note about how it happened as a juvenile.

Fall 2004: Met playing Warcraft

Aug 21, 2008: I-129 NOA1

Jan 30, 2009: I-129 NOA2

Mar 23, 2009: Package 3 logged at Mtl. consulate

Jul 15, 2009: Interview

Jul 26, 2009: Moving day!!!!!

hehe Now that I am thinking about it...

Advice is to Go straight to the Rmcp police check with the fingerprints plus Go to a courthouse and lawyer to get past records of the crimes?

Yes to the fingerprint check and the courthouse - no to the lawyer - you don't need his records.
