My husband got his K-3 visa last year. His medical was done in Bosnia by a Civil Surgeon June 2008. We filed for AOS in May. He did not get any vaccinations at his medical.

His DS-3025 was filled out by the Dr stating the dates he had the vaccinations when he was a child. Is this a problem? Does he need to have all of them done over again?

We have our interview in September. We sent the DS-3025 & 3026 with the AOS packet and never got an RFE. Please someone's advice!

No, he doesn`t. You`re fine. When you filed for AOS your husband`s medical was less than a year old. And since he had got the necessary vaccinations as a child and the Dr. documented it - that`s all you need. Nothing to worry about, especially since you didn`t get any RFEs.

Good Luck!!

Thank you very much for your prompt response. That is a relief. Can I ask one more question? The interview letter asks for us to bring an I-693 ( if not already submitted). Should we get the DS-3025 transferred to the I-693?
