I would like to know, when i have to show my I-134, and i dont meet the poverty guidlines, do i have to bring in the I-864 together with the I-134 document?

The I-134 is usually used at the embassy level.

The I-864 comes later at the AOS/interview.

If you don't meet the poverty level, neither of the forms will help you meet the requirement. You will need a co-sponsor.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Please fill in your timeline and tell us what visa you are pursueing...makes a difference.

For a K-1, you submit the I-134 at the time of your fiancee's interview and the I-864 when she arrives, you get married and file for the AOS.
