Hi guys,

Well, we have the AOS interview tomorrow in Tampa. I don't really know what to expect. Will they just give me the greencard, will they interrogate us for two hours? I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I'm not very worried about it. I just want to get it over with.

Any tips from those of you who have been through it already?

Just be prepared with your documentary proof to show you have a bonafide marriage. If you are legit, you will have no problem. It is only if the IO suspects your marriage is to circumvent immigration that you may have problems. Good luck at the interview!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

your profile indicates K-1. If this is how you entered the country, you most likely won`t have any problems at all. Just be prepared, take everything you can to prove that your marriage is bona fide, make copies of everything and take them with you ( you never know what your IO might want);

at the interview itself just try to be confident, if you don`t know the answer, just say so, don`t guess. answer the question directly, do not side step and don`t volunteer additional info, wait for IO to ask.

You`ll be just fine! Good luck!
