My fiance just called the NVC, he said that he talked to an operator and she told him that they received our case last Monday. And the MNL case number will be on the letter that they will send to him, in a few days. Has this happened to anyone here? How long does it take before they send the letter?

Your replies will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Normally, you should receive the letter about a week to two weeks after the Embassy case number has been assigned. Have the USC call again, because many times they will give you the Embassy case number over the phone.
