csc won't tell you anything..neither will the supervisor. we had to send a request to our congressman to inquire. and we were also told nothing can be doen before 5 motnhs wait. Then the congressman can ask csc to expedite.

That's good to know...hopefully it doesn't come to that, because that would mean some time in October. I just don't know why they've screeched to a halt the last few days.

It's incorrect too. Click on IMMIGRATION TIMELINES in the top bar of every VJ page, then click "Processing Status: Igor's List"

You will see that "1 2009-08-03 0 0.00" is incorrect.

It's the same basic list but....

The link from this website includes ALL open applications on the list.

The berkely list shows only open Applications that are WITHIN the 5 month processing time, and thus is a shorter list.

At least as far as I can tell. That is why you will be lower on one list than the other.

The one you reference is a beta and the one here, at VJ, where we are posting, is not a beta. And since the one here, at VJ, where we are posting, is more up to date... well.

Anyway, I hope CSC continues on it's blistering pace.

What's funny is that the berkeley one is older than the one on VJ. Chinman's description was accurate.

I think most people, when quoting their number on Igor's list, refer to the one on this site.

In a perfect world, the two would be equal, meaning that everyone is processed within the posted processing time. Unfortunately, that is not the case...
