which forms to send back embassy

Timeline

after getting approval of NOA2, i recieved a letter from the uk embassy giving me a website for further instructions. Can someo one please tell me which forms exactly are to be sent back to the embassy, is there a list anywhere? I am from the uk and new to this forum, any help would be greatly appreciated!
