Now, i am just trying to read some guidelines...

check with NVC to see if they have forwarded the case to the USEM. Once they do it takes about a week for the hard copy to arrive at the USEM. Then call the USEM to setup your interview.

Congratz to that, might have better luck asking in the phillipine consulate forum, since thats pretty consualte specific.

You're able to call the embassy in the Phillipines to setup your interview? That's awesome! I've been emailing the embassy in Kingston (their preferred method of communication) for weeks with no results.
