I'm newbie in this website. Im from NC and my wife arrived here March this year. Her Visa expired on June and not able to file her AOS coz out of budget. We're good now so I've plan to file it on August 9. My question is, are there any additional charges for the late filers for AOS? Thank you everyone and wait for your reply here. Have a good day.
