hi everyone, sorry for the late update. my wife had her interview on july 29th and she came out with a pink slip! thanks everyone for the help and support during this journey especially to Trinh Ly, Anh Loi, Anh Map, Dai TX. airlines are all booked up, the earliest date i could find was aug 24. interview was very tough, 38 couples that day for a cr-1 and k case. only 2 passed, my wife and this other couple. they brought their kids with them. my wife told me that besides the C.O, there was another group of ppl behind the C.O. they looked at my paperwork too in addition to the C.O. she was second to last so she witness all the other cases. everyone got a blue slip for timeline, 1 case got a white. i submitted my timeline to the C.O during the interview and they accepted it. they looked at all of my evidence....emails, phone bills, plane tickets, hotel bills, pics of us together and family pics. they also looked at the wedding pics. they ask to see pics of us in front of the ban tho during the wedding. they also asked who were in the pics. here are the questions:

who is you joint sponsor and what is your husband's relationship to him?

how many times your husband been to vietnam?

how did you too meet? please explain

what does your husband do for a living?

what school your husband go to?

as they was asking these questions, my wife notice the C.O grabbing a blue slip and putting it away. then he grab a pink and started filling it out. interview lasted about 10 mins.

In conclusions, interview in HCM is very tough now a days for both cr-1 and k cases. so please get a lot of evidence and be ready in advance. thats my tip to everyone. thanks everyone again for your support during this journey...goodluck to the rest still waiting! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

05-12-2009 : Received a package IV from HCM Consulate by email

05-18-2009 : My wife got Pink.. yeah..

05-26-2009 : Visa received

06-18-2009 : US Entry!!! Yeah, my wife finally here.

06-29-2009 : Received SSN from snail mail

07-20-2009 : Green card received by mail

09-15-2009 : Writting test from DVM.

11-03-2009 : Driving Test.

01-20-2010 : Working.

04-20-2011 : Submit I751

04-26-2011 : Received I-797 NOA with Receipt Number

05-11-2011 : Received ASC Appointment Notice

06-03-2011 : Biometrics Apts @ 11:00 AM

10-11-2011 : Submit more evidence.
