Heyyyy sorry if this is a common question, but I checked the guides and searched the forums for a while and couldn't find any answer.

My mom is going to be the co-sponsor for my fiance(e) (I'm a university student, not a leech on society, don't worry).

What does she put on the form as her relationship to the sponsored person?

Thanks!

Mother of USC sponsoring the foreign fiance(e)?

Future mother in-law?

Mother of petitioner. Remember, in addition to her financial information and documents, she needs to attach evidence of being a US citizen or legal permanent resident.

Do not check either box. Answer "NA, K-1 visa for permanent residency"

It is best to ask questions in your own thread rather than add on to someone else's. You get more and better answers...well, more anyway.

also.....ive been lookng through the forum, so the co sponsor and fiance have to each fill out a 134? i just want to make sure im understanding correctly

The US citizen petitioner (fiance) is always THE sponsor, so yes they always have to fill out an affidavit of support. The co-sponsor also does.
