I'm sure they'll stop smoking. It's is terrible when a smokes suffocated you. I've seen numurous smokers smoked in their car while their window is open. I think, is not just make their car stinky,maybe can cause severe caughing? Not sure about this though.

I don't think it should be banned but I do think there should be more restrictions on where you can do it outside of which its a ticketable offense. Pretty much only in your home or a very narrow list of designated public places - specifically I don't think it should be allowed on the street or any public thoroughfare.

Yeah, this is under the cloak of; "We don't care if you use tobacco ... we just don't want the ill health effects of it."

Wanna know how we know..... because in almost everyone of these bans, even smokeless tobacco is banned.

Lets face it, there are a lot of people who want to control the health (lives) of others.

I'm not a smoker but we have seen the logic behind taxing and/or baning one item spreads to other areas.

Obamas -Govt. health control- is a spring board for all this stuff.

my husband smokes in the car with the windows open... he never smokes when I am in the car but the smell from when he does is still there.. it makes me feel sick sometimes...
