I posted this question as a post in another thread but didn't get any replies so I'm making another try now... My fiancé has recently moved across the US, from NC to California and consequently he will change his address. Our service center is now Vermont and we are wondering if the move means that we need to change our service center to California. If so, would this action delay the I-129F process (we are now waiting for our NOA2 to arrive)?

Thank you :)

I don't think he changes anything but the address. If USCIS wants to move you to a new service center they will do it, but I seriously doubt that would happen at this point. The bigger concern is him getting mail from them (like the NOA2). I've read of so many people who changed their address, but documents still went to the old address. I would follow up with phone calls to see what address they have on record for him a few weeks after he's submitted the change. Then when it goes to NVC, call and ask them what address they have.

Thank you! As far as for the mail he will be moving from relatives so we will receive it no matter what. I guess no worries then :)
