Where to send the RFE response? ( to be based fr the AOS address or to the RFE checklist indicated add?

Hi guys.

Our packet was return to us last week due to some discrepancies on the address.

We received the RFE for the AOS package since I sent the DS230 package first. Then my husband sent the AOS at later time.

My question is, to which address are we going to put on the cover letter for the AOS?

would it be;

National Visa Center

ATTN: DR- AOS

31 Rochester Avenue, STE 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

(this is the issuing office from the RFE checklist)

or

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

(original address for the AOS)
