Hey guys ,

I have sent DS-230 including all documents to NVC on 22 July and i also tried AVR and got case number and talked to operator after talked to operator she said NOTHING IN SYSTEM i dont what doest that mean and i also checked my NVC LOGIN it says status IV FEE PAID which i paid on 10 June if you have any idea please let me know .

although better news than expected because your fee is paid per online paiement

what were the operator's exact words.

nothing in the system?

your fee appears paid per the online system

did you tell the operator?

what is next step for them?

I sent my info on July 21 and it was in their system on July 23

how did you send your information, do you have tracking of it

again did you tell the operator?

I would try to speak with other operators

or with supervisor to understand better

Embassy

medical : done 08-17 + pick up 09-08

Interview Date: 09-08-09

Visa received : 09-11-09 valid till 03-10-10

October 10th entered US with Visa Waiver Program for 2 weeks holidays (not usual with visa received!)

had to go through secondary inspections to explain

November 25th entered again US with WVP, officer did not notice my green card visa

left US on dec 28 to avoid meeting the substantial presence test for IRS

Jan 9 2010 entered and activated green card though PHL port of entry

waiting for SSN requested with DS230 and 10 years GC

01-30 received tracking number for GC Welcome issued on 01-27

but not yet SSN

SSN expected by Feb 20 else I might go and ask for one regardless of DS230

GC expected by March 27

Feb 3 2010 update card ordered says to allow for 30 days

Feb 8 2010 update saying approval notice sent

Feb 12 2010 received GC card Permanent resident valid till 2020

Feb 18 2010 went to file ss5 for ssn card as not yet received and center would not find me in ssn files

My wife spoke with Operator on 28 july were told NOTHING IN SYSTEM and Yes Our case status says FEE PAID and we have lawyer the lawyer said they sent every thing to NVC on 22 july and lawyer also said please wait a week and half untill NVC registered the documents but im very worry whats going on and last night my wife again called and did AVR and gave our USCIS Recit Number EAC ######### and it gave us the case number and nothing.

Just spoke with Operator she said paperwork was entered in this afternoon and it will go through a 2-4 week reviewing process and then we will be notified of an interview date. Thank god im little calm .

call the automated AVR to hear if RFE

watch for the sign-in invalid for good news

Just an FYI for you all, seems that what physically goes on at NVC and what the AVR says are a little out of whack.

I just got a CHECKLIST COVER LETTER for my 'missing' DS230 which I sent last week. Spoke to an operator and she said that it was just entered in the

system today.

So, yeah -- it's a bummer and freak out inducing but calling them is super easy and they're fast and friendly. It seems that they have access to all system updates too.

Keep this in mind for down the road too.

USCIS

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.
