Anyone have this issue?

We got the IV bill last week, paid it, it said pending for two days and then on the 30th it finalized and we printed out the bar coded cover sheet and sent our IV package in.

Today... I checked the online status thing just for kicks and it says that the IV bill is UNPAID?

HUH?

I called and spoke to an operator and he said some blah, blah, blah about it being processed and stuff like that but I don't understand. We sent our IV package out and it was sent to the NVC on Friday morning.

What the hell? anyone else get this sort of thing?

Thanks a lot,

LGG

PS

I cannot wait to be done with all this and move on -- there seems to always be a little worry about something.

It didn't happen to me but I've read about it happening quite a few times before. It's almost always just something weird with the computer. The best way to check is to make sure the funds were taken from your bank account. As long as the money is gone you should be good to go.

Um... okay weird again.

I went from the first page called INVOICE where it says UNPAID and clicked on the PAYMENT RECIEPTS page and there it says paid and gives me the option to print out or email the invoice and/or bar coded cover sheet.

I guess it's just a glitch in the system or something but for anyone else out there going through this or whatever... I sent myself the receipt again and it does say paid.

anywho...

Geez...

Hi there Imaisha...

Yep, all is good there and like I said in my own response, clicking to the right page brings up the paid bill. SO, I don't think I'll worry about anything right now.

But in this process, I find that it's super easy to worry about all things and everything...

Thanks girl...
