My son fell in love with a Bulgarian woman currently living in Madrid Spain. He filed for a Fiance Visa 1 129F and just received his Approval notice. He will need me to co sponsor with him. I am self employed and I also receive the maximum gift allowance that my elderly parents can give to myself and my spouse yearly and it comes from a trust monthly and is direct deposited into my savings account. What forms or proofs do I have to submit with the I -134 for this......Do I get a letter from the Trust Company? Bank? This is income that is not on my 1040 as it gift income......the self employment income is not great as we have been putting $$ back into the business.

You would probably need to show something from the bank showing the deposits, and something from the trust showing amount, frequency of deposits, and how long it will continue, in addition the to tax transcripts from the IRS.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
