1.we are getting a co-sponsor so who fills the form I-134 a co-sponsor or both my fiance and co-sponsor?

2.if a co-sponsor is married does his wife must sign the form?

3.is th eleeter from the employer n W2 is enough?

4.how long is the petition valid if we got approved in june?

Moved from K-1 process to Consulate - better place for answers.

1. Both would provide their own I-134.

2. Not unless she is offering her income toward the sponsorship.

3. ? not sure what your asking. You should provide 1040/w-2 for the years you wish to show, or an IRS transcript.

4. Usually valid for 3 months or so. (varies) - the date will be on the NOA 2.
